Dear friends of the vision,

What a beautiful day following major thunderstorms, hail, and sighting of some tornadoes. We were blessed by not only a great day but extremely warm, gracious, and friendly people in Minnesota.

We experienced early connections from Prayer Transformation Ministries, Capitol Prayer Network, Christian Radio, a local church called Summit Ave. Assembly, House of Representatives Chaplin, Congressmen, a State Senator, personal friends, formerly and currently from Chicago, IL. Our spirits were lifted high as more than 30 people joined in prayer, sang to the Lord, and worshiped the King of Kings.

Minnesota is experiencing a new transformation in the spirit realm. A large number of newly elected officials, including the governor, are born-again. The need to continue to press for righteousness by means of prayer meetings at the capitol building and elsewhere through out the twin cities, and across the state, is paramount.

Once again, the coals of fire have been planted, the wind of the Spirit is blowing, and the awakening is coming!

We now turn our hearts toward Madison, Wisconsin. Due to Capitol regulations, we must start our prayer time at 12:00 noon. We need your prayers and contacts.

Bless you for caring!

Phil and Vicki Epperson
The capitol building in St. Paul, Minnesota, has many quotes inscribed on its walls. The people of Minnesota are slowly returning to their founding roots of great men of morality, integrity, and generosity. The picture and inscription of none other than John Pillsbury, early governor, depicts the greatness of this states formation. A few of the quotes are, "Labor to keep alive in your heart that little spark of celestial fire called conscience." Washington. "No government is respectable which is not just." Webster. "Justice is the idea of God, the ideal of man." Parker. "The people's safety is the law of God." Otis. "Laws can discover sin, but not remove it." Milton. "Of law there can be no less acknowledged than that her seat is the bosom of God, her voice the harmony of the world." Hooker.
