Hi everyone!

Yes, we are headed for the nineth prayer mission at the Capitol building steps of Baton Rouge. They claim it is the tallest capitol building in America. This means that Austin, TX and Washington DC must take a back seat to Baton Rouge, which is 450' tall.

Pray with us and for us! The CWA state director in Louisiana was able to get a marriage amendment passed but overturned by the court. We will pray today! Agee with us! Also, keep Austin, TX and the monument of the Ten Commandments, in prayer. This contested item has gone to the US Supreme Court.

Hi everyone, we are getting ready to leave Baton Rouge, LA. It rained for three days but now very sunny but cool. Louisiana is a boot-shape state in the southern US on the Gulf of Mexico. The Mississippi River winds down part of its eastern border.

The Louisiana Purchase, in 1803, extended through pars of 15 other states as well as the state of Louisiana. This purchase from France cost $15 million.

The capitol building of Louisiana, here in Baton Rouge, is the tallest Capitol building in America. This is contrary to what Austin, TX. is saying. You decide, the Capitol building is 311' with a goddess of Liberty statute atonp the dome adding over 15'. The Capitol building in Baton Rouge is 450' high with 34 floors. This building was built during the Great Depression, costing $5 million dollars. Governor Huey Long was successful in getting the building built. He was then assassinated not long after. He is buried on the 27-acre tract.
