Hi everyone, we just completed our eighth prayer at the State Capitol building in Austin, TX. I am always amazed at the people that show up to pray. There were at least 60 people that came to pray. Most are from para church ministries. They have a heart for God!
The capitol building is beautiful. In 1995, they spent 81 million to refurbish the tallest Capitol building in America. Yes, don't tell anyone, it is taller the Capitol Hill! Texas loves to do it big!
A more important issue is that the marbel monument of the ten comandments on the North side of the Capitol building is going to the U.S. Supreme Court. They have been sued to remove it from its long standing position. I will share a picture or two with you. Please pray! I can't believe what is happening in America. If we don't stop this onslaught aginst God, we will soon be void of His presence. I understand more each day the serious assignment that we are on. We so appreciate your prayers. We took the prayer group that prayed with us for one hour, to the North side and prayed for God's intervention! I am standing alone after the prayer time.

Hi everyone, yes we have completed number eight, Austin, TX. There is so much history here in Texas. First of all the name Texas comes from`the Spaniard spelling of Tejas (TAY-hahs). There have been six flags that flown over Texas since the 1500's. Texas has been part of Spain, France, Mexico, the Confederacy, and the United.
In the 1820's Texas was a Mexican state. In 1835 American settlers waanted to be free of Mexico and war broke out. The Mexican army attacked the Alamo, an old mission in San Antonio. The defenders were killed but later Texans won their independence. Their battle cry was 'Remember the Alamo.'
Oil was discovered all over Texas in the early 1900's. Often called black gold, Texas tea.
The Capitol building in Austin, is the tallest in the U.S.(311 feet). Don't tell anyone but it is taller than Capitol Hill DC. Texas likes to do things in a BIG way! It is a beautiful building. Enjoy the pictures.
