What is Prayer Across America

Prayer Across America is a historic mission of prayer that will lift up the United States to God. It is a call to every person in every church to travel to the capital of the their state and pray for our nation.

When Will it Happen?

Starting on September 11,2004 in Springfield, Illinois, the Prayer Across America team will travel to every state capitol in the union over a period of one year, one capitol per week. Each week on Thursday at 1pm the Prayer Across America Team will meet you and your church to cry out to God for our nation. Prayer Across America will conclude in our nation's capital on September 11, 2005.

Why Prayer Across America

Prayer can move the hand of God. There has never been a more crucial time to pray for our nation than now. Birth of the Vision

On March 29, 2001 at 2:30am I was awakened and challenged by the Holy Spirit to go across America and pray in every state!

History of Personal Prayer

For over forty years we have committed ourselves to daily prayer. The past twenty years as pastor of the Stone Church of Chicagoland, this commitment intensified greatly.

The Strategy

Prayer for America will begin on September 11, 2004 and conclude on September 11, 2005. For 50 weeks we will travel to each capital for prayer for America.

The Assignment

° Prayer of thanksgiving for Gods blessings on America!
° Prayer to return back to God and make Jesus Lord!
° Prayer for wisdom for the leaders of our country
° Prayer for an awakening of the Church!
° Prayer taught to the disciples! (Lord's Prayer)
° Prayer of thanksgiving for hearing us and giving us hope for the future!
